Indoor Air Quality Assessment

Indoor air quality testing for issues such as mould can assist real property transfer deadlines, and help real estate agents close the deal in a cost effective manner with quality assurance for all parties involved.

Indoor Air Quality Assessment

An instrument survey for an indoor air quality assessment may include:

  • Temperature, Relative Humidity
  • Carbon Dioxide levels
  • TVOC (Toxic Volatile Organic Compounds)
  • Carbon Monoxide levels
  • Lab Sampling - viable/non-viable sampling

Sampling

Sampling quantities and locations can only be determined after the instrument survey has been completed by the inspector.  Sampling is done by the inspector only with the clients approval.  Please note a Visual Assessment is Not included as part of an Indoor Air Quality Assessment.

A Written Report of Findings and Recommendations

A complete written report may include, thermographs, survey data, laboratory analysis of samples collected (where applicable), findings and recommendations.
